About Us

Paul and Melissa Hopkins were born and raised in Texas. They have been married for over 20 years and Paul has been making Texas BBQ long before that.

Anyone that has had the pleasure of trying Paul’s BBQ knows he ranks among the great! We have decided it is time to share our BBQ seasonings and rubs with the world.   One day soon we plan to expand to offer Paul's other goodies like Jalapeno Jellies, Candied Jalapenos and Sweet/Spicy Nuts. 

Our products are all natural, made from scratch and a lot of love. Our rubs and seasonings contain all natural ingredients which combine many spices to easily bring your cooking to the next level. 

Our products are available through local businesses, at farmers markets and festivals, as well as through our online store.  We ship nationwide and can create custom gift baskets for all occasions.
