Owners
Paul and Melissa Hopkins were born and raised in Texas. They have been married for over 20 years and Paul has been making Texas BBQ long before that.
Anyone that has had the pleasure of trying Paul’s BBQ knows he ranks among the great! We have decided it is time to share our BBQ sauce and rubs with the world. One day soon we plan to expand to offer Paul's other goodies like Jalapeno Jellies, Candied Jalapenos and Sweet/Spicy Nuts.
What sets us apart from the rest
Our products are all natural, made from scratch and a lot of love. Our BBQ Sauce is tomato based (vs ketchup based), with no high fructose corn syrup added, creating a thin delicious, sweet, and smoky signature sauce that has a slight bit of heat. Our rubs and seasonings also contain all natural ingredients which combine many spices to easily bring your cooking to the next level.
Where to find
Our products are available through local businesses, at farmers markets and festivals, as well as through our online store. We ship nationwide and can create custom gift baskets for all occasions.
